Providing your items are in stock, your order will be dispatched via Australia Post within 4 business days of receiving payment. We ship orders weekly (excluding public holidays). Should the shop be closed for a small break, we will notify you of any postage delays.
Online orders are shipped via Regular post and delivery rates are based upon weight of the goods. Regular post is usually received within 4 to 8 working days of postage (depending upon location).
Online orders are shipped via Regular air post and delivery rates are based upon weight of the goods and are delivered within 14 to 21 working days of postage.
Note: Any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note, international postage timeframes are offered as a guide only, and your location will determine postage timeframes.

Victoria Rees packages and sends all your goods with care, so in the off chance of postage damage or faulty items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours (2 calendar days) to organise a replacement (up to Victoria Rees discretion).
1. The item/items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
2. The product(s) must be new, i.e. unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.
3. Email us at email@example.com with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement.
4. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer's expense. Victoria Rees can not be held responsible for any products lost/damaged in transit.
